To access current order status of Customer Orders, Log In using your Region Code, User ID and Password. Users are restricted to orders from customers within their Region only.

After you Log In, you will be directed to a list of Customer Orders and associated Customer Purchase Orders. Select your desired Customer Purchase Order, and line-by-line order details will be presented. Pages can be printed using the right button of your mouse, and selecting “Print”.

This site is intended to provide Order and Shipping Status. If the data presented is different than that on your Order Acknowledgement, or than that requested by your Customer, contact Turner Electric Customer Service. Data is updated once daily. Changes made today will be reflected tomorrow.
