SF-300 OPENING CYCLE DESCRIPTION (CCW)
1) The switch is in the CCW closed position.
2) The limit switch on cam one (cam two if ccw opening) controls the open cycle rotation. This limit switch is depressed so that the NO terminal connection is made.
3) The limit switch on cam two (cam one if ccw opening) controls the close cycle rotation. This limit switch is not depressed. This switch has no effect on the open operation.
4) The limit switch on cam three controls the high-speed close engage position. This limit switch will be depressed. This switch has no effect on the open operation. (Note: limit switch will NOT be depressed if set for CCW opening.)
5) The limit switches on cams four and five control the lights and have no effect on the operation of the operator.
6) Place the local/remote switch in the local position, push the toggle switch to open, then release.
7) The open relay and contactor will make. The motor will start driving the gearbox.
8) The motor will stop when the limit switch lever on cam one (cam two if ccw opening) is no longer depressed.
SF-300 CLOSING CYCLE DESCRIPTION (CW)
1) The switch is in the CW open position.
2) The limit switch on cam one (cam two if ccw opening) controls the open cycle rotation. This limit switch is not depressed. This switch has no effect on the close operation.
3) The limit switch on cam two (cam one if ccw opening) controls the close cycle rotation. This limit switch is depressed so that the NO terminal connection is made.
4) The limit switch on cam three controls the high-speed close engage position. This limit switch is not depressed (limit switch will be depressed if set for ccw opening).
5) The limit switches on cams four and five control the lights and have no effect on the operation of the operator.
6) Place the local/remote switch in the local position and push the toggle switch to close then release.
7) The close relay and contactor will make. The motor will start driving the gearbox.
8) The position of the high-speed kick can be adjusted by moving cam three. Releasing the limit switch earlier in the cycle will increase the duration of high-speed during the close operation.
9) The motor will stop when the limit switch lever on cam two (cam one if ccw opening) is no longer depressed
CAUTION:
Make certain that the switch is disengaged from the motor operator before proceeding. Failure to do so before final motor adjustments are made could result in damage to the switch and/or motor operator mechanism.
